Here is what you must make sure to bring to your pickup appointment.
Once you’ve made your pickup experience appointment for your new Volkswagen, all that’s left is to set off – and remember to bring along several indispensable documents. You’ll receive the key to your new car at the Gläserne Manufaktur – and the necessary documents for it from your car dealer. In order to ensure that you have all the necessary papers together on the day of the car handover, please take a look at our checklist before you leave home:
* When accepting delivery by proxy
** If you pick up your car during the obligatory snow tire period and would like to mount your own snow tires, please make sure you adhere to our special requirements in advance. We have summarized them in a leaflet which you are welcome to request from us if it isn’t included.
